Stages Where Business Leadership Is Reaffirmed

In this article, we will learn about some of the stages and decisions that a business leader who is carrying out a venture must make.

It is important to know that we can define three key stages of an enterprise: the stage of birth, growth and maturity of the enterprise.

The birth stage ranges from the moment the initiative or idea arises, to the first steps taken to found the venture. It is considered the most essential stage in terms of planning, and often the most complicated.

It is a key stage for a leader to reflect on the value proposition , this means what the company or enterprise is going to offer, such as a specific product or service, as well as the distinctive features of the company or the need that will come to supply.

On the other hand, the growth stage involves the first two years from the start of the venture and is the key period for the company to be firmly established.

At this stage, the decisions of a leader would be oriented to the constitution of the organizational culture that will characterize the company, as well as the area of planning, organization, direction and control that characterize the leadership or administration function.

Finally, we will call the maturity stage as the moment when the company reaches a high point of stability and the objectives set throughout the development of the enterprise are met.

The decisions of a leader at this stage are key with regard to innovation to maintain the stability and presence in the market that the venture has achieved so far.

The stages and decisions that we discuss can be observed in many of the large scale companies that we know today, of which we have also heard many times about those leaders who are behind them. The leaders who help from the beginning and whose decisions will be key to keep the venture afloat.
